Outside Housing office opening hours (8 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.) you can call the security company if you need help.

Securitas AS represents Studentinord routside of ordinary opening hours, and have all necessary authorizations.

You may contact Securitas AS after office hours, for free, if you experience technical problems, problems with keys, domestic disturbances, or other problems that cannot wait until the next day. Please note that you are only liable for problems you have caused yourself, in which case you must pay a fee.
