Why is my payment not registered?

When an invoice has been paid, e.g. on a Friday or during the weekend, it may take a few days before the payment is registered in our system. If the invoice was paid from a foreign bank account it can take even more time.

You can follow the status of your payments at My page. Please be aware that it is normal that the payment is not registered in our systems the same day as you made the payment in your online bank.
