If you have noisy neighbours who repeatedly show no consideration for their fellow tenants, you may

• Contact the neighbours, ask them to keep the volume down and show consideration.
• If this does not help, call security guards Securitas AS (+47) 22 88 14 09 and ask for assistance.
• File a written complaint to the Studentinord housing department at My page: --> inquiry. Please specify time, place and room number. Studentinord will send a warning to the tenant in question.  

According to the housing regulations it should be quiet at the student homes from 11 p.m. Sunday - Thursday, and from midnight Friday and Saturday.
