A student housing unit may only be subletted to a student who has paid the semester fee for the current academic year. The tenant must find a registered student who is interested in sub-renting the unit. The application for subletting must contain the proposed sub-tenant’s name, date of birth and phone number, as well as the subletting period. Submit the application to bolig@studentinord.no. The sub-tenant cannot have unsettled bills from previous tenancies with Studentinord.
