The maximum subletting period is 6 months.

As the original tenant you, not the subtenant, are responsible for the housing unit in accordance with the rental contract during the subletting period. Studentinord will contact you, not the subtenant, for any matter regarding the housing unit during the subletting period.

Please remember to forward all relevant information from Studentinord to your subtenant, e.g. student housing regulations.

You cannot charge a higher rent than the rent you pay to Studentnord.

We recommend that you and your subtenant sign a written contract for the subtenancy.

Studentinord is not a part of the tenancy/contract between you and your subtenant.

If you share bathroom with others, the other tenants who use the same bathroom must submit a written approval of the subletting and subtenant to Studentinord.
