All students at Nord University or The Police Academy, Bodø with studies as their main occupation can apply.

We also encourage you who plan to study at these institutions to apply. You do not need to be granted university admission to apply. If you are granted student housing and get your university application rejected you can terminate the contract without payig for the notice period until 24 July.

In case student housing units are vacant over time they may be rented out to non-students. For non-students the rent is 20 % higher than the long term rent for students.
