Students who are alreadsy enrolled in university can apply anytime during the year.

Tenants can apply for swapping housing units at certain periods during the academic year. If you are not completely satisfied with the type of room you get awarded, it may still be a good idea to accept the contract in the first place and apply for swapping to another unit at a later stage.
