I am going to study for three years, but I have only received a housing contract for one year. Why?

We award housing units for one academic year at the time. During spring you will be offered a renewal of the rental contract as long as you have fulfilled your obligations as a tenant and paid the rent on time. The new rental contract will be valid for one academic year and run from 1 August.
