You may apply if you want to swap housing unit. All applications are processed continuously according to available capacity at the student homes.

The application must be submitted via My page in the housing app Studentinord bolig. If you are already a resident with us, do not send a new housing application but apply for a swap. If you are awarded a new room you will be charged a processing fee (please see overview of fees here).

Please note:

• All economic matters (rent, fees) regarding your current housing unit must be settled.
• You will be charged housing rent for both units in the period both units are at your disposal.
• We cannot guarantee that we are able to grant your application.
• The application must be renewed every 30 days to be kept valid.
• You must request a moving out inspection for the housing unit you are moving out of. You can do this at My page - inquiries - moving out inspection. Important: You must have carried out the moving-out inspection before you can get access to your new home. You must pay rent for the housing unit you are moving out of until the moving out inspection has been approved and the key has been delivered to our housing office.

If you are awarded a new student housing unit the contract will be available for signing at My page. Date for takeover must be agreed in each singular case.
