• In Bodø and Levanger (except Røstad student home) you can pick up the keys at the Housing Office at the University Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. (3.30 p.m. in Bodø). 
• New tenants in Steinkjer, Stjørdal, Namsos and Nesna can collect the key in a safe at their student home. Please inform the Housing office about your time of arrival, and we will send you the code to the safe.
• At Røstad student home in Levanger and Kaialundveien student home in Mo i Rana, we use mobile keys in a phone app. 

Please note that in units that uses ke fob or mobile keys you must carry the key fob/mobile with you every time you leave your room to avoid getting locket out.

Important information 

• The keys can be picked up from 12 noon on the first day of the rental contract period.
• It is not necessary to pick up the keys on the first day of your contract period, but you must let us know if you arrive later than 14 days after the start date of your contract. If we do not hear from you we may terminate the contract and offer the housing unit to another applicant. In either case you have to pay rent for the period that we have reserved the housing unit for you.

Need help with getting the key?

• If you arrive on campus after office hours you may arrange for someone you know to pick up the keys for you. To make such an arrangement, please send an inqurie via My Page or us an email whit the name of the person who will pick up the keys for you.
