If you arrive more than 14 days after the start date of the rental contract you must contact us to avoid losing your contract. All new contracts awarded from the start of the academic year run from 1 August.

Accordin to the rental contract a party to a contract who has not arrived, or made a special agreement regarding arrival, within two weeks after the rental contract has started applying, loses the right to rent the flat and will also be billed for the rent.
