If you live in Bodø - in an apartment in Hammarlia, Nedre Hammarlia, Skavdalslia or Høglimyra you must have a power purchase agreement. All other housing units have electricity included in the rent.

Order your power purchase agreement immediately after moving in, from this page: Electricity deal Bodø Energi. Once you have signed an agreement, you are completely free to choose the electricity supplier you want.

If you do not have a power purchase agreement you will get a "delivery obligation" from the power company, which is much more expensive than having your own predictable agreement.
