The invoice is available at My page and in the housing app «Studentinord bolig». Download the app to manage your tenancy.

Payment methods

• You can order e-invoice or direct debit from your online bank. We recommend everyone who has access to it to use e-invoice for paying the housing rent. With e-invoice you get the invoice with all details filled in directly to your online bank. You can set up an e-invoice agreement with Studentinord in your online bank. Please contact the Housing office if you need help with this.
• You can also pay the rent at My page or in the housing app Studentinord bolig by credit card. Please make sure to use the correct KID-number (available on invoice) when you pay, as this is linked both to who is paying and for which month. 
• The invoice can unfortunately not be paid in cash or by card at the Housing office on campus.
• It is your responsibility to contact the Housing office if you have not received your invoice.
• You must pay rent the entire time your rental contract is valid, regardless of when you actually move in and out.

When to pay the rent

• The housing rent invoice will be made available at My page / Studentinord bolig at the beginning of each month. The due date is the 15th each month. The payment on the 15th covers the current month
• The invoice for August and January may come approximately 2 weeks later as this is a busy period with many students moving in and out.
• If you wish to pay rent for several months at a time, this can be done by changing the amount on the last invoice received.
• If for various reasons you are unable to pay when due, contact the Housing office. If we have to send the invoice to Visma Collectors AS for a reminder, you will be charged interest and a reminder fee.
