Please pick up the key / key fob at our local Housing office.

Opening hours 8 a.m. - 3.30 p.m in Bodø.

• If you arrive outside opening hours please let us know in advance so that we can leave the key fob in the key cabinet at the main entrance of Nordavind (see map). You will recieve a text message with the code for the key cabinet.
• If you stay at Flatvold you may collect the key / key fob at the Housing office. If you have problems picking up the key during opening hours, please contact us at tel. +47 476 20 800, and we will make an agreement for alternative handover. 

At Levanger keys are handed out via the key safe at the housing facility. Code for the safe is sent by text message a few days before moving in.

Opening hours housing office Levanger and Steinkjer 8 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. At Nesna, Namsos and Stjørdal, where we do not have housing offices, you will be contacted by the housing administration with information about how to get the keys.
