As a tenant it is your responsibility to an appointment for moving out inspection. Please book at Studentinord bolig/My page at least one week before moving out. The time for the inspection should be as close to the moving out date as possible, preferably the same day as you leave.

We prefer that you are present during the inspection. If you are you may clean areas/furniture etc that was not approved before you leave.

If the inspection has not been booked before you move out you will be charged for possible insufficient cleaning and damages according our rates. This includes common areas and storage room as well as the bedsit/apartment.

As a tenant you are responsible for paying the rent until the housing unit has been inspected and approved by us, also if this happens after the rental contract’s expiry date.

Please remember:

• Moving out inspections can take place Monday – Friday between 8.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m.
• Please enter your room number and the name of your student home. We encourage you to also suggest a time for the inspection when you can be present at the housing unit.
• Make sure that you take all your belongings with you.
• Storage room, fridge and freezer must also be emptied and tidied.
• Tenants who have rented kitchen equipment and bedsheets must place this in their rooms when moving out.
